It is made according to a traditional recipe, preserving the coarse texture of ingredients such as Genovese basil, Italian pine nuts, Grana Padano and Pecorino cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, and olive oil.

Crafted with experience and care, Pesto Genovese stands out as it is neither pasteurized nor sterilized, yet it has a shelf life of 2 years at room temperature without any chemical additives.
